Intro hold – Introduction level – To get a good start into the world of Iyengar® yoga. At this level the focus will be to build –up strength and stability in the asanas (poses), thereby constructing a solid foundation to be able to benefit the superior level.
Iyengaryoga 1 – For anyone who has been to introduction level classes or already has tried to practice a bit of Iyengar® yoga. At this level pranayama (breathing exercises) will be introduced.
Iyengaryoga 2 – For advanced students of level 1 who has a regular practice of Iyengar® yoga.
Iyengaryoga blid – “Blid” means “gentle”. Here we practice at a slower pace with individual considerations. Maybe you are senior or have back problems, or for other reasons want a more gentle practice.
